A Talk Community Hub is a community space that provides a safe and accessible environment for residents to access up-to-date wellbeing information and signposting to local and national resources. These hubs connect people to services, groups, and activities that can help them support their own wellbeing and independence.

Talk Community Hubs also help bring people together and build friendships, further strengthening local communities. Each hub is unique, reflecting its local community and developed in partnership with Herefordshire Council.
